To place a refund for an order you have made via our website, contact Last Chaos Hard staff members via https://discord.gg/hardlceu in the support topic, describe your problem.
Also please note that the order shouldn't have more than 48 hours passed and the funds should be already in the account.
If your case doesn't meet these requirements, You are not able to ask for a refund and disputing any refund case would cause a permanent ban to your account and your agreement on this policy will be used against you to close and end the case in our behalf.
Last Chaos Hard will review yoiur request and will generally notify you via discord of the results within 3-4 bussines days.
Crypto payments and Mobile Payments are non-refundable.
If applicable, Last Chaos Hard reserve the right to delay the refund until we investigate the refund case in the condition required by this Refund Policy.
